don, they start redeeming the convertible issue. Fortunately over 85% of the issue is already converted and gone.

Also, dream scenario...continued progress re syndication, content producers, patent issue, licensing of DVD and Video game all moving the price to give a market cap of above 180million which, if occurs in the next 60 days will put AXC back on the Russell 2000 index. Wishful, but not entirely impossible.
