It was luck. I sold the WBB because everyone said that the sky was falling and I expected housing starts to fall off. I think that people are recognizing that the economy will not be much worse, and maybe we are on the uptick. So I bought them back. I like the demographics. The merger was, of course, luck.

I bought some RYL this morning also.
