RMBS Seems screwed to me....even if the judge upholds the final 3 patents.......we are looking at a company that will be embroiled in legal battles and FUD for years. RMBS put all it's eggs into their patent basket, and it looks like they are screwed. As an investor, I don't care what the positives are....their are too many negatives and too much FUD to invest one's dollar in this ( I may change my mond if rmbs hits under $5, which very well could be possible depending on how court transpires) and the big boys......I would imagine they will try and stay away from the FUD stock, since so many other better plays are available..... OUCH.......I see dark clouds hanging over rmbs for quite awhile......too many lawsuits...too many legal battles......
