I wander what the next political event between the US and China looms to coerce them to sign the dotted line of Q-commism? That's right, start crying off to your local Embassy and make it a "trade" issue... The reality is: It's not so simple, its not so cheap, its upgrade is unproven, its the 'minor' standard, and the spin is basically a bl**dy joke! Having a rather good <gg> about it all. It's China's reminder to the world that the USA doesn't dictate everything...
