You are probably familiar with the debate over student centered education vs. teacher centered education. Do you think it is weighted too much one way or the other? I was watching a show on a student centered school where 6 year olds votes for retaining teachers were equal to others. It was a private school and some kids at 8 still did not read and their parents were unconcerned. Well it was an isolated incident so not of much concern but definitely gives us a peek at the extremes of thought.
