I know why you like Bush, you don't have to be the only dummy on the block. I saw Sen. Wellstone speaking. These tests the schools give in the third grade reflect typically 7 years of enriched training for a well to do kid. They are at most 3 years of training for a poor kid. The poor kids don't get those good day cares, and most don't get no head start now that boy-George is making the critical cuts. He wants to penalize the schools that have the kids that didn't get a break. JL, Bush is almost as stupid as you. TP
