Larry, IMO, Placer Dome have a lot of nice, clean, closely held companies to look at acquiring. Not including GE. Lots of little exploration companies, like Altoro from Bolivia, have some reserves and possibly a preliminary feasibility study. The folks at Altoro have created a couple of juniors that were acquired. I told OM that I had lunch at the home of an officer of Altoro and OM said he would never touch it if they had associated with me!! Tooooo funny! Altoro sold out and GE is on the brink of bankruptcy!!
