focuses on ultimate outcome...... The ultimate outcome will favor some subset of humanity that scores on the particular test. For all we know we are encouraging a generation of unibombers. It's just that there is no one real test that says "this person will make America great!". I like tests, I encourage standardized tests. These tests will lead people to go to the best schools or modify their objectives to be as successfull as they can be. Where George W. is stupid, and I mean really stupid, is that he thinks that some one test will demonstrate world class do-gooder as apposed to bad-person. He, and those mind clones like you, think that a particular narrow area can be found that will be the best for America. Smart people know that a team of different skills is needed. TP
