tax cut news may cause a big up day tomorrow...pieces falling into place...1 rate cut..2nd rate cut...both on emergency basis...worst of warnings on earnings out of the way..signs of no recession or at least a very mild recession...now rebate of taxes retoractive to put cash in hands of consumer...plus one more rate cut due in 14 days...this is as good as it gets, given the horrors of the last 6 months.
