Jimbo, RE"I expect all the US lawsuits to be slowed down by the numerous appeals that will result from this case win, lose or draw. We are looking at several years of litigation as a minimum. The Markman will be appealed de novo and is probably the key to the infringement cases". Probably. Rambus may become a company owned by Lawyers as well as run by Lawyers. In a few years, Rambus may be a moot point as the industry moves on to another standard. All the while, what money Rambus makes will go to the Lawyers. Sound familiar? Jim
