If Rambus can prove to Judge Payne that the SDRAM bus multiplexes in any shape way or form, they will get to take this thing to the jury where I believe RMBS will have decent shot at winning this thing.

So now Rambus is claiming they invented multiplexing? That was in use before even Intel was. Obviously I'm missing something, shouldn't do drive-by posts.
