I'm running some mathematical models on UPGD to propose a theory.

The first model suggests that 5 minutes after the ultimate moment of greatness, the stock becomes a POS, to be dumped at all cost. The first model identifies the top as the moment most buys at the ask are 100 share lots, while sells at the bid are mostly 1000 share lots.

The second model attempts to explain a run from .19 to $95. Unfortunately I can't seem to get it to work. Keeps kicking out messages like "error, divide by zero", "scam", "mafia connection", "CIA money laundering scheme"...

Must be a software glitch.
