Right now, yes, but remember, it is only a "temporary one. My reasoning is that to resume the revaluation process of the market, and complete the distribution, the "houses" must bring back some optimism to J6P around. Nothing like the Dow Approaching 11000, and a rally from support (like 2000 and then 1850) to get the mood back to pessimism and let every one throw caution to the wind. If, however, we get to extreme bullishness on this broadening top, we may not stop at 1850, we'll have to watch and see what kind of tick and trin we get around 1850 for a decision if we continue straight down, or bounce first. At least, that is the way I see it now.
