The SDRAM bus on many parts is multiplexed. It multiplexes the A0~A11 lines for the row and column addresses. It also multiplexes some additional pins for control and sometimes it multiplexes the data lines as both input and output lines.

So the Infineon lawyers are going to have to lie about that to get the judge to throw the claims out. From what I have seen so far it should not be difficult to fool this judge.
