re you are going great. Thanks Donnie I need all the confidence building you can give. One of the teachers at school is a multi millionaire: she was born into a very wealthy Southern family. When I was being successful in the market she was so chummy, then when I didn't keep it her husband said to me "That's the second time since I've known you that you screwed up big time" (I lost an apartment building which I guess I've talked about) I felt so s....y when he said that because I knew it was true.
