I understand your point of view on DITC. Their management did nothing to endear investors these last couple quarters. In fact, most shareholders I'm sure felt a little blind-sided when they warned. They were expected to earn something like 45 cents, but warned to be a loss of a few pennies. Don't know how the numbers could crumble so far so quickly - but it's certain to cause a little disgruntling in the shareholder ranks.

Long term, I have a different view. I see them at the very least as a good takeover candidate. But that's what makes a market.
