Ah....maybe the mysterious and rumoured-to-be-150 sq.mm. PaloMeatHead is the Item of discussion - too big for AMD to yield economically ! That would fit with what we've seen in the past. BTW for all the AMDroids out there, I got a chance to see Tualatin yields today and of course I can't say anything specific but I was VERY impressed!!! For all those who claimed Intel was going to have major problems going to copper, well... sorry guys! Tualatin yields are ahead of where I would have expected them to be at this stage of the process development. What are the yields??? Wouldn't you AMDroids like to know.... EP
