Nightowl, I am not sure about "suing for return of money" by the 8 signatories. Most licensing deal handle the contingency that some or all claims be found invalid by cessation or reduction of future royalties, not by returning prior royalties. As a matter of fact, most licensing agreement have a sentence (typically in the "term of the Agreement") like "the last to expire claim" or "valid claim", so it is not that simple and far from sure that the 8 will sue for return of roylaties. I think there is still a long fight out there on various issues.
