The judge threw out all claims that read on DDR specifically. The remaining claims read on both SDRAM and DDR. The remaining claims have to do with burst size and CAS latency, which are in SDRAM as well. I wonder if that means that the royalties for DDR will have to be immediately reduced to SDRAM levels.
