Perry, yes it makes sense.... Cramer was making the same type of point yesterday, his thought is FLR,
but they should both be good to go if this thesis pans out.

Action Alert: Fluor
By James J. Cramer

If we are going to build thousands of power plants and we are going to do it on a schedule that borders on the breakneck, you have to be long Fluor (FLR:NYSE - news - boards). This company is a survivor. We used to have dozens of players in this business, but almost all of them failed to make it through to the promised land of more power construction.

Fluor stuck it out. Now we can expect it to get a huge number of orders for new plants. This company has a chance to be a growth company again the way it was in the early 1980s, when it was the quintessential play on rig construction, and in the late '80s, when it was a pollution control play.

We already own Caterpillar (CAT:NYSE - news - boards), which is a great way to play construction. As a trade, I highlighted Foster Wheeler (FWC:NYSE - news - boards), but that has the dreaded asbestos nightmare. Fluor is the best play on the next three years of Vice President Cheney's pro-pollution plan of action to get us energy-sufficient. I am seeking approval to buy some now to take advantage of the short-term pullback this stock is experiencing. I think it will continue to be a big winner for the rest of the year.
