It's a prudent move, but no company experiencing rapid growth lays people off.

And this is BS of the stickiest possible quality:

For all I care, this just offers me another chance to
buy back my 1K at 4 again. Gosh, at one time, I thought
I would not be able to do that again:)

As for layoff, I would be surprised if they did not do it
