That "announced equipment delay" was never announced by Intel. Do you remember them ever saying it would effect their .13u ramp? EP RESPONDING TO AN EARLIER Inquirer story, Intel said that Silicon Valley Group statements that .13 micron technology might be late because of delays in shipping argon fluoride scanners would not affect its plans.
