Hi Mattie,

as usual I am watching with amazement the change in trader/investor sentiment. BRCD guided earnings to be 0.5 to 0.6 cents on 20th and now just by reaffirming their guidence stock has shot upto 49.

Telecom sector is in total disaaray but equipment suppliers are flying... worse than that component suppliers have been stronger than the equipment suppliers. I could never understand the logic... then again I can never understand the greed or fear of a person.

From a fundamental perspective things haven't deteriorated much further (can it deteriorate from almost no order... I don't think so) but they haven't improved either. I guess since the guidence for the next quarter (Sep) is so far away bulls are running rampant... that's all. IMHO most of the newly invested money will rest in money heaven. BTW, insiders have started doing their stuff... i.e, selling their newly found wealth.

Later,

Suresh

congrats on Zoox! Keep posting your picks.. don't yet see any fundamental shift in buying patterns that would accelerate comp/ndx out of channel. would agree that small is better but riskier. JNIC is presenting at Merrill conference after the close, opinions could vary after :http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/010503/0038.html
