I hesitate to give advice so I won't. Check my posts for my picks and check others' picks as well. Personally I'm looking at tech value and dips and buying those. But every stock buy requires analysis and it's your money. Depends if you want to be aggressive (tech dogs) or safe (big telcos or oil or whatever else). Remember one thing though, it was never-ever as bad as they said it was except for a few overextended overambitious dot-bombs and all the survivors will come back. Look for cash, value and stocks which have not yet participated much in the rally.
