Pretty amazing that stocks like BRCD can nearly triple and still lie 25 pts below the 200-day MA...

This boom/bust stuff is stressful but so it goes. The crowd at the JP Morgan tech conference is pretty skeptical and that makes it all the better. The chatter is all about valuations. I admit that there better be a good V out there in Q4 or else these stocks probably aren't buys up here. My opinion is that the old adage about IT budgets will prove true again in 2001 "use it or lose it"... nobody spent any budget in Q1 so Q4 is going to be a good quarter and investors are gradually starting to reverse-capitulate and realize this...

Tax cut + Easy Fed + Good Q4 + lay-up guidance + rising estimates = good times ahead... getting to Q4 may be rocky but after what happened over last 12 months, it will feel like a walk in the park...
