I think with stocks like CSCO, stock value is often ahead (or behind) today's fundamentals. If it were a simple matter of looking at the numbers and calculating ROI or some such measure, we'd all be rich. Either that or no one would be since, without risk, there's no reward.

Not really. I think the fair value is somewhere between $15 and $20. So we're seeing it seesaw in that range. It will break out when the outlook clears. But that breakout will be explosive, so you don't want miss it.
