Can you be a little more specific? Is the scalability you like or the bandwidth management features? I noticed that they claim an all optical switch router, I don't think anyone really has that yet. Equipment supplier have distorted that particular claim quite a bit, to the point where the definition is now a little fuzzy.

I am not sure how open they would be a buy out. They failed to spin off Sorrento from Osicom to begin with because they kept waiting for the proper market conditions. I don't have much faith in management being able to realize greater value in the current market environment now that conditions are worst. To be honest I never got the impression that management had a good solid, long term game plan in place or even worst, if they do have a good game plan they have not been able to communicate it to the street properly. Right now they have a crisis of confidence. Institutional investors and analysts have been burned by management on multiple occasion. I don't think anyone will take a chance on them again till they start to show accelerting and consistent growth (ie... at least 3 quarters).
