I'm not sure what the fool ratio is but I'm sure that PEG and the fool ratio are different.

Don't be so sure. :) The Fool Ratio is a PEG ratio. There are many PEG ratios. They differ as to the period of time used to plug in estimated growth. That's why ayone who even looks at a PEG ratio and doesn't understand exactly the parameters used to calculate it shouldn't bother looking at it, much less use it as a factor in making a decision.
