Someone tell me where I can sell my shares please. Boy if I could sell my 200,000 shares at that price I would have a heart attack for sure.

Earth Search Sciences, Inc. to Release Falcon 2
Estimates

KALISPELL, Mont.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2001--Earth Search Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB:EDIS - news) announced
today that estimates for the Falcon 2 well will be ready sometime during the week of May 7th.

``The well has been producing very nicely for us since July of 2000,'' said Larry Vance, Chairman of Earth Search. ``We
believe it's time to tell our shareholders what a discovery of this kind means to our company over the long term.''

Earth Search's petroleum geologist is finalizing the estimate of reserves and plans to confirm next week's estimates with a third
party unrelated engineering firm.

``We hope to make some projections based on our reserves as well as our potential participation in other projects,'' said Rory
Stevens, CFO of Earth Search.

Earth Search's in house application of its Probe 1 hyperspectral data collection and processing has opened several potential
avenues of profit for the company.

``We are very optimistic about our ability to use our own technology to enter industries that usually require high risk and large
amounts of capital. By applying our data as currency for specific projects, the data becomes a powerful lever in negotiating
how we enter into projects in order to keep the risk down, minimize the capital outlay and maximize what our share of the
profits will be,'' said Vance.
