Environmental concerns MUST be balanced with economic reality. In my opinion, Bush was exactly right. Kyoto was wrong to begin with. Our environmental policy needs a top to bottom review. Moreover, the ABM treaty was breached from the get go by the Russians. Missile defense makes a whole lot more sense to me than the MAD policy in the post Cold War era. JLA
