Double normal valuations does not make a bubble. Try 10-100 times normal valuations.

I was talking about the Nasdaq. I do not believe the index was ever much more than 100% overvalued--a lot of real companies had shown quite impressive growth when the Nasdaq was peaking. Now within the index there certainly were hundreds of companies that not only reached 10-100 times normal valuations, but actually should never have existed at all.
