That technology had been given to China by every President going back to Carter and includes Reagan. In fact, I remember Reagan saying that he would give the Star Wars techno to Russia after we developed it! You Republicans make me laugh.....the Chinese gave to BOTH parties campaigns. Haley Barber was pictured on a boat in Hong Kong harbor getting the Republican's cut. THink about it.........doesn't everyone smart give to both sides so they are sure to be on the side of the winner? That is the way politics work.
