Actually I am for developing the energy to make sure that we can provide it as cheaply as possible.
However it pisses me off to hear people in one breath talk about how the greedy American polluting person needs to sign the KYOTO treaty but in the next breath scream like a gutted pig when the price of gas rises 25 cents.
If you want to see expensive energy than sign the KYOTO treaty and see what we will be paying in a few years. To coin an old phrase you cant have your cake and eat it.
KYOTO means NO MORE UNLIMITED ENERGY got that ? It means we have to choose between body comforts and energy used to produce something that is needed.
Also what were people doing 50 years ago without AC ? What do people who live in the dessert do ? A whole third world lives in dessert like heat without AC.
Are you one of those liberals who say yeah were gross polluters and we must stop but in the next breath are crying that our poor should have air conditioning ? Are you saying that our poor matter and not the poor in Africa China and other places who dont have food let alone AC ?
