Ground Zero, Some people who questioned any aspect of rmbs were ridiculed and insulted by some on this thread and that may have enraged them to the point of vindictiveness. For a long time, Bilow facts might have valid points, but rmbs stock did rise regardless of what the fundamentals were. Even I the naive investor, thought the patents were enforceable and that the industry was screwed and added to his misery. A bit. Hell hath no fury like an engineer scorned. (something like that, and a couple may have made it their lifelong mission to be vindicated). It's the "I told you so" complex. It might not be very healthy, but hey, it's their lives. I do notice that it's hard to carry out a decent conversation if one side is determined to paint the other as thieves, liars, spouse-beaters or necrophiliacs. Done creatively, it might be entertaining, but usually it's a bit painful to read.
