Understood, but RUT has domestic component.So maybe you can be bullish on this sector but not technology in general. I think you can temper any bullishness with the Sox non confirmation. The Sox is global in nature. Like you say, Asia is going to be a big problem. Now the Sox had a higher high in the January rally. It was above 700. But it has failed to close above that amount on this run. It closed yesterday near its lows at 670 for the day despite the huge Nasdaq run. And it posted lower lows a few weeks ago. Now all the analysts have promoted the Sox as an early cycle beneficiary, so then it only holds true that it should have lead yesterday. It did not. It failed.

The Nasdaq 34 day cycle suggests that best entry points will be in later May.
