Its a long process, thats why RMBS has good lawyers and they have reserves for such issues. I think they understand the risk they are taking and will pervail in the long run. Their business model implies that they are susceptible to lawsuits, on both sides. So if one thinks they arent going to win their lawsuits then yeah they could go out of biz..From everything I have seen regarding the company I think the liklihood of this happening is worth taking the risk going long on any dips..like yesterday. I am also watching SONS today..very strong!
