BindView says names Edward Pierce CFO HOUSTON, May 2 (Reuters) - Computer network software maker BindView Corp. (NASDAQ:BVEW) said it has appointed Edward Pierce as its senior vice president and chief financial officer. Pierce was previously executive vice president and CFO of Metamor Worldwide Inc. BindView also said Paul Cormier has resigned as senior vice president of development. The company said development responsibilities will divided into two positions which will be filled by promoting existing employees. BindView shares finished up 25 cents at $2.84 at the close of Nasdaq trading
