I keep a page of statistics on various stocks I own. I compare weekly changes mostly to track how my portfolio does. This week I noted the shares outstanding for CPWR ticked up (as reported by investor.msn.com). Week of Jun 22: 367,800,000 shares outstanding Week of Jun 29: 370,300,000 shares outstanding There was an increase of about 2.5 million shares. Anyone know what this is due to? It's a small percentage, but could it be the result of an employee stock option program?
