Think I've got this market figgered out in the last hour or so.

1. People have way too much money to throw at stocks.
2. The math and literacy level of the population has sunk so low that numbers and economic reports don't matter.

On a more serious note,I can't help but wonder about the folks who got caught in that whipsaw action this morning. Market volatility has got to be killing some people's trading accounts.

And yet I just read one opinion to the effect that speculation in the stock market is something that is getting more and more popular all the time. Go figger....
