Lee, thanks for the insights into HGT and BPT.... HGT does have some insider selling , not massive but
is it diversification or maybe they realized that NG would be dipping into Memorial Day.

here is a thought on TRU that was sent to me when I mentioned them to another SI sleuth.....

Boy John... that TRU trust looks real interesting given the extra revenues they net from prices exceeding $2.10/mmcf..
<ib>The average price paid to the Trust during the quarter ended March 31, 2001, attributable to production during the quarter ended December 31, 2000, was $3.45 per Mcf of gas after gathering fees, and $26.67 per barrel of oil. No price credits were accrued or recouped by Torch Energy Marketing, Inc. (TEMI) during the quarter. Price credits arise as a result of TEMI's obligation to purchase gas for the minimum price of $1.70 per MMBtu, before gathering fees. If the index price for gas exceeds $2.10 per MMBtu, TEMI is entitled to 50% of such excess. Because the trust index price for gas exceeded $2.10 per MMBtu during the quarter, TEMI earned approximately $2.3 million, net to the Trust, in connection with the price sharing agreement.

And that extra .55 quarterly distribution is likely to continue for the rest of the year, and probably grow.

I really like that one... Thanks for the recommendation..

HGT looks solid too... should retrace a bit (a couple of bucks or so.. and then move higher.

But why are insiders selling shares in the trust that yield a 32% dividend?
