The AMD760 chipset was made on a .25µ process, so I doubt they would be from Austin (since AMD has stated that Austin was fully converted to .18µ quite some time ago).

I think AMD should shrink the 760 to .18u and add PowerNow, so that it could be used in notebooks. AMD just can't rely on Via. We are now in May, and Via is only now barely shipping the first DDR chipset, and it still has a questionable reliability and performance. And they are supposed to be the chipset experts.

How many times will AMD have to get burned to learn? My 3 year old usually learns the first time she burns her fingers.
