Yes, I actually can say that I have...On the other hand, I have also worked with many outstanding folks who don't have MBAs (or graduate degrees). An MBA doesn't guarantee anything in this world. It can provide a powerful learning experience which may (or may not) help an individual reach some of their goals.

I agree with you. I find it amazing that in my MBA program, there was never any mention of how to manage people. It was all supply/demand charts and advanced statistics. I have observed that the MBAs who move fastest in companies generally are those who know how to kiss up and bullshit.
