Salutations, MB.

I've spent less time watching the 3yos this year than in any year since 1986. Since you're talking MONARCHOS, you obviously didn't pick up that genuine crystal ball on EBay. I'm going to give BALTO STAR a good look. He just might be a freak. He's not bred to go 10 furlongs, but then, he wasn't bred to win at 8 or 9 panels either. Absent a bet on BALTO, I'll be rooting for SONGANDAPRAYER. I don't give S&P much of a shot (hmm, might this be like the Super Bowl Indicator?), but Bob Hurley is a regular player at MTH and my brother says he's a nice guy, so why not the local boy? Don't like his choice of trainers, though; John Dowd couldn't train a cat to scratch.

POINT GIVEN looks like the real deal to me, too. Every bit as impressive as PEGASUS was in 2000. I bet the superfecta last year and my horses ran 2-3-4-5. Yup, I left out FU PEG.
