Bill, Yup, you are guilty of encouraging me and sending me positive energy......which can never be too much! I appreciate the kind words. Very much enjoying posting again, especially knowing that others are benefiting. That's what makes it most rewarding. I'll continue to do my best to post unbiased (I hope and believe) observations and attempt to maintain a high level of cordiality and friendliness. This thread afforded me an accelerated learning curve when I really needed it with it's plethora of knowledgeable posters; it would give me great pleasure to be considered a valued contributor and it would warm my heart immensely to see this thread flourish and become once again a hub of investment knowledge and experience.
