Scumbria,

thanks for the update. They were getting yields in the 40-50% range on 800MHz parts and predicting a 10% premium near-term. Makes sense to me.

I was going to say that Samsung and the other memory makers were not backing Rambus up on their claims, but I see you covered that one too (with the exception of Micron, who were being apologetically realistic -- go figure).

Is that a pretty slow learning curve going from 50% to 80% yields in a year and a half?
