Michael...a release in the morning...??

Probably the only release would be the one in my golf swing...but since I have to run the office tomorrow I will not be out there on the golf course w/my release....like I would hope AXC might be early in the morning!

I'd think we'd see selling too...but just who?
Disallusioned shareholders? Nope...we're already there..

Profit takers?....probably a few who loaded up in the .20's and w/a thinly traded issue they could have a big percentage effect.

Shorters?...not at this level...

Funds? I'd hope not....but what was that 200K at .30?

PR....

The problem has been lack of real public relations.

Like:

Sale of ADS!
Increasing revenues!
Alliances...now being announced!

Patent income possibilites of substantial nature w/revs! (a hint about DVD...but nebulous at best...nothing for stock price!)...and the upgd thing is like a plague...

Anyone trying to sell a product or common stock needs to tell a story. Where has the company been...where is it now...where will it be in the future...What IS there to look forward to. Buyers of stock in a publicly owned corporation need/want to know this basic information.

Our company needs to get the fundamental issues resolved. The balance sheet is deplorable. Enough of this inexorable down the slide stuff, Mr. Bramson! Price Waterhouse had its obligation. The Amex has its obligation. For what? For us...your shareholders, that's who?

If there are partners w/aid I'd sure hope the company would announce same. If said partners have a problem w/this then what kind of partners are they?

We shareholders who have stuck through this with you deserve your best stuff now.

I know it's there.

Bring it out!

Mike...I know AXC often seems the devil itself, and your stake is much reduced, but would you mind doing one of your terrific comprehensive TA (no Mike...not T&A) workups on it sometime? Have my own off the cuff opinion of the trading lately, and just would be very interested in what your TA has to say. Many thanks in advance if you have and take the time.
