Tort law has become a tool of the left. Many of today's tort lawyers were 60's radicals who saw they couldn't bring down the US from the streets and decided to dedicate a career to attacking the law. They have achieved a level of success that even allowed them to spin the Gore obscenity of last November as "trying to get the votes counted". If the courts continue to aid and assist these enemies of society, the courts will, unfortunately, be the ones to suffer.
