The sad part of it is that she actually doesn't understand that she is alienating her customer base.

She thinks that only 3 people are having negative thoughts about her actions.

There was an interesting post from a subscriber who claimed he was terminating his membership because of her acts.

I wonder if she will eventually lose her "pristine" status.
