Bush campaigned on tax cuts several months before the election at the peak of the bull market....he was going to cut taxes if elected regardless of the State of the Union....that is no scam.

It seems that tax burden are hiest for last 50 years, and we have budget surplus.
Also it seems that you belong to the class that will benefit substantially from tax cut.
I missed the begining of your exchange .
Why you do not want tax cut?
