Very true. I forget what they call their special kind of beef. Koshi, or something like that. I read that they massage the live animal as it grows to make it very tender but, it costs a fortune in the market.

Dear James: Thats all Japanese govt protectionism BULLSHIT. I am married to an oriental, we buy our rice in 50 POUND BAGS for just the two of us. personally, I prefer the American over the Thai stuff but in reality so long as its rice she's happy. Japan STILL doesnt get it. If they want to be successful they got to open up their borders to free trade. JDN
